I am a metal artist working at the intersection of craft, art, and personal myth.
Elizaveta Polikashina
carries a continuity of craftsmanship, expressed through visual restraint, a near-monochrome palette, and precise accents.
Metal remains alive in my hands — honest in its imperfections, marked by process,
by thought, by touch.
My work
I do not think from the material.
I think from the image that comes to me.
I trust intuition and move toward a beauty that resonates with nature itself.
I build my own myth.
I draw from northern folk traditions,
not to replicate the past,
but to reinterpret it.
I study form and meaning
without submitting to them.
In their minimal and restrained forms,
there is an inner fire —
a force that offers support
through a subtle, living impulse.
Each piece carries a spark of mine,
holding warmth,
a sense of tradition,
and the presence of something singular.
It is shaped through rhythm, plane,
and mass.
Even in still compositions, there is movement —
both visual and carried through meaning and mood.
It nurtures respect for handmade work
and for cultural memory.
I create talismans, amulets, keepers.
Form is my language.
of hidden strength,
of a creative fire held within
simple elegance and
the beauty of forged metal.
My voice is quiet —
not to be heard at once,
but to remain.
In my practice, I speak in the language of silence —
