· All LISETS pieces are handmade or hand finished. Small variations, tool marks, surface textures, patina, color shifts, and slight differences in size or finish are part of the nature of handmade metalwork.
 
· I do my best to photograph and describe every item accurately, but colors and details may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
 
· LISETS items are not intended for children. Some pieces may include metal edges, points, small parts, chains, or decorative elements that should be handled with care.

· Most items listed in the shop are ready to ship unless otherwise stated in the product description.
· Ready to ship items are shipped within 30 days of purchase.
· If an unexpected delay occurs, I will contact you as soon as possible.

· Custom orders are not automatically accepted through the website. If you are interested in a custom piece, please contact me through the contact form or by email at lisets.blacksmith@gmail.com.
 
· Each custom request is reviewed individually. A custom order begins only after the details, price, timeline, and payment terms are confirmed in writing.
 
· Custom orders are final sale after the details are approved and payment is made.

· Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Stripe is the preferred payment method.
 
· I do not store your full credit card information on this website. Payment information is processed by the payment provider you choose at checkout.

· All prices are listed in USD.

· Sales tax may be calculated and collected at checkout where required.
 
· International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

· I ship within the United States and internationally, except to countries or regions where shipping from the United States is currently unavailable, suspended, restricted, or prohibited.
 
· Shipping times depend on the carrier, destination, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other conditions outside of my control.
 
· Tracking information will be provided when available.

· International delivery may take longer than domestic delivery. Customs delays are outside of my control.
 
· Buyers are responsible for knowing whether an item can be legally imported into their country. LISETS is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or refused because of customs regulations, unpaid import fees, or local restrictions.

· Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
 
· If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

· All sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, except in cases where an item arrives damaged in transit or if there is a mistake with the order.

· If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery at lisets.blacksmith@gmail.com.

· Please keep the item and all packaging materials until the issue is resolved. They may be needed for a shipping carrier claim.
 
· If an item is damaged in transit, I will work with you and the shipping carrier to review the situation. Depending on the case, the resolution may include a carrier claim, repair, replacement, or refund.

· Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery time is outside of my direct control.
 
· If tracking shows that a package is delayed, I will help you check the tracking information when possible.
 
· If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your household, neighbors, local post office, or carrier first. If needed, contact me and I will help where possible.
